It was over his school's winter break that Darius Redman seriously started considering a change regarding his college future. Ultimately, the 6-4, 240-pound tight end prospect's decision to de-commit from Virginia and commit to Virginia Tech came down to a gut feeling. Redman made his decision public yesterday, when Tech coaches Bryan Stinespring and Kevin Sherman made the trek up to H.D. Woodson High School (Washington, D.C.).

"It was nothing against UVa," Redman said. "I just feel Virginia Tech's the better fit for me."
