A dream will finally become reality on January 14, the day Caleb Farris moves into his dorm room at Virginia Tech. Farris, an offensive line prospect out of Lexington, Virginia, is just a month away from the beginning of his Virginia Tech career.
"I really can't put it into words," Farris said of enrolling at Virginia Tech next month. He'll begin classes on January 18. "I can't put it into words. There are just feelings. I've used the word surreal before. As a kid, I always wanted to go to Tech and play football. My mom and dad took me there when I was growing up. In little league, I had a Tech jersey. I was ready to go back then. The next chapter of my life is about to begin. It really is a blessing."
