At 11-0, Dinwiddie (VA) is off to its best start in school history. Senior Chris Hall has blossomed in his second year as the Generals starting quarterback. The 6-4, 225-pound Hall is making plays through the air, completing 119 of 229 passes for 1,765 yards with 17 touchdowns to 10 interceptions, and he has impressed on the ground as well, including a 141-yard, 5-touchdown performance in last week's Division 5, Central Region win over Clover Hill.
"It comes naturally to me," Hall said of his ability to run the football. On the season, he has 156 carries for 943 yards and 20 touchdowns. "Over the summer, we do weight training and conditioning that helps us on and off the field with speed. That has transferred on the field. And I like to bruise people. I try to make the opponent tackle me for four quarters.
