Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA) quarterback Lafonte Thorougood has taken unofficial visits to Notre Dame and Virginia Tech this fall. A North Carolina coach stopped by to watch a game and West Virginia was represented at school. Recruiting continues to be busy for the 6-2, 215-pound senior, who is now in the process of scheduling official visits.
"The certainties [for official visits] are Arkansas, West Virginia, and Virginia Tech," Dolphins head coach Chris Scott said. "There are other places he'd probably like to see, but he is seeing how everything develops on each school's side as well as his side. Those three we have concrete."
