After picking up its fourth commitment of the 2011 class, Virginia Tech men's basketball hopes to keep the proverbial ball rolling. Tech is in serious contention for skilled big man Adjehi Baru , a 6-9, 225-pound senior out of Steward School in Richmond, Virginia. Baru is in the midst of making his official visits and Virginia Tech is scheduled to be one of those destinations.
"He is down to five schools," Steward School head coach Elliot Gravitt said. "He is down to Virginia Tech, Maryland, North Carolina, College of Charleston and USC (Southern California).
