In two regular season games, opposing coaches are staying away from Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA) star senior cornerback Demetrious "Trey" Nicholson. The talented prospect has had his fingerprints on each of the Marlins first two games, both resulting in wins.
"He's playing well," Marlins head coach Darnell Moore said of the 5-9, 161-pound Nicholson, who is the #3 overall prospect in TechSideline.com's Preseason In-State Top 40. Nicholson picked off eight passes in 2009. "Nobody is throwing at him. Only one pass has been thrown his way in the first two games."
