Minnetonka (MN) cornerback James Farrow committed to the University of Minnesota in March, but he has since decided to look in another direction for his college future. Virginia Tech is now one of the options for the 6-0, 170-pound speedy athlete, who averaged 46 yards per kick return last season as a junior.
Tech's pursuit began when Farrow mailed the staff highlights from his 2009 season.
