In a recruiting class in which the program isn't expected to take many prospects, the Virginia Tech coaches have done well and secured top targets including two prospects offered before the start of the 2009/2010 school year. Seven rising senior prospects have pledged to Virginia Tech, which, following recent history, could be close to finished with its class by the time the 2010 season starts up.
