In Clover Hill athlete Joel Caleb and Ocean Lakes defensive end Eli Harold, we know of at least two in-state rising juniors Virginia Tech has verbally offered (a prospect can't receive written offers until the beginning of his junior year). Running back Keith Marshall , a top rising junior out of Millbrook High School (Raleigh, N.C.), also has a verbal offer from Tech. The 5-11, 175-pound prospect displayed his skills at Saturday's Nike Camp at Virginia Tech.
"I think I did pretty good," Marshall said. "I just have to keep working on my pass blocking a little bit. That's the only thing I didn't do really good on."
