Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA) junior wide receiver Quinta Funderburk , owner of double-digit official FBS scholarship offers including Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and Virginia Tech, does not seem in a rush to make a verbal commitment despite offers from some of the top programs in the country.
"I don't jump at a school just because of the name," said Funderburk, one of the top overall prospects in the state. "I want to see what's best for me. It doesn't matter if it's a big name or not."
