Terrific play from Tyrod Taylor and a sloppy day on special teams highlighted Virginia Tech's second full scrimmage of the spring on Saturday. The Hokies have just three practices remaining before next Saturday's spring game.
Tech's senior quarterback was extremely sharp in all phases of the game on Saturday. He hit Danny Coale perfectly on two big plays down field, and he was right on the money all afternoon. Taylor's timing was very good with the wide receivers, and his accuracy was impressive despite a gusty day in Lane Stadium.
