For good reason, Jay Whitmire has drawn the major share of attention in T.C. Williams' (Alexandria, VA) 2011 football class. Head coach Dennis Randolph has another junior to keep an eye on, though, and the player is Joe Massaquoi , a 6-4, 230-pound defensive end prospect.
"The coaches that have come around have seen Joe," Randolph said. "He is a 6-4, 230-pound defensive end that can run. Coach Wannstedt from Pitt, Coach London from UVa, Coach Foster from Virginia Tech, Butch Davis from North Carolina...they've all seen him. Joe has opened some eyes. He doesn't have any offers yet, but there is interest."
