Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA) speedster Demetrious Nicholson is becoming one of the most highly recruited juniors in the state. The 5-9, 165-pound prospect, a first-team all-Beach district selection at cornerback and wide receiver and first-team all-Tidewater selection on defense, has the potential to be a lockdown cornerback on the college level. He has received eight FBS scholarship offers so far, with the most recent one coming yesterday.
"UVa sent an offer [yesterday]," Nicholson said. "Another new one is Maryland. I haven't received an official letter from Maryland yet, but I received an e-mail recently saying congratulations on being offered."
