TechSideline.com's Phil Martin attended last month's action-packed VHSCA all-star game in Hampton. Following the East squad's 38-31 victory, Phil wrote the following about Virginia Tech offensive line recruit Kory Gough :

"He showed good agility and pass blocking skills. Gough is a lean prospect who needs to add some weight, but he has very good footwork and solid technique. He will need a couple of years in the weight room to add the strength needed for run blocking, but he shows good flexibility and aggressiveness. The grey-shirt should help Gough develop physically, and he should be able to contribute in a couple of years."
