Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA) linebacker Travis Williams had planned on attending Virginia Tech's July 11th camp along with rising senior teammate Mario Rowson. Rowson couldn't make it, but the talented Titans star, rated #7 in TSL's In-State Top 30, made the trip to Blacksburg anyway.
