country. Without good players, even great coaches couldn't win. Major
program-level decisions, such as building facilities and hiring coaches, are
made with recruiting in mind.
Seth Greenberg recognizes the importance of recruiting at Virginia Tech, and
he is one of the most active and motivated recruiters in college basketball.
