Lake Braddock (Burke, VA) offensive lineman Khamrone Kolb received some good news earlier this week, when he was cleared to jog and lift weights. Kolb, a 6-6, 300-pound prospect and one of the top offensive line recruits in the state of Virginia's 2010 class, continues to recover from a torn ACL suffered earlier this off-season.
"I just got cleared to jog [on Tuesday]," said Kolb, who underwent knee surgery in early March. "I was cleared for lifting and all that, too. I'm ahead of schedule. Everything else is good. I'm trying to get back in shape and get my strength up to what it was."
