Daniel (Central, S.C.) cornerback recruit Jerrodd Williams committed to Virginia Tech in June, but the 6-1, 185-pound senior has been in contact with the University of South Carolina throughout the fall. After cancelling a scheduled visit from South Carolina coaches, though, he now seems solid to Virginia Tech.
"He did listen to South Carolina and Clemson, but at the end of the day he will stick with his word and is going to Virginia Tech," Daniel head coach Randy Robinson said. "He is solid with them. He cancelled the in-home visit with South Carolina."
