At 6-7, 315 pounds, Bertie (Windsor, N.C.) star senior Travis Bond shouldn't be hard to spot when he attends Virginia Tech's home football game against Duke this weekend. The offensive tackle/defensive lineman prospect plans to be in Blacksburg on an official visit, which will be his first ever experience at Virginia Tech.
"I know Virginia Tech has got a lot of great players there," Bond said. "I really want to check out the education there. I want to know the top things they offer education-wise. I'll check out the coaches. And I want to see if the atmosphere fits me."
