Virginia Tech gained a big-time commitment last Thursday night, when 6-6, 225-pound Brookville (Lynchburg, VA) star Logan Thomas pledged to the Hokies. It was the end of what was a long recruitment for Thomas, one of the most coveted recruits in the country.
"It is a big relief. I'm real happy to be done and I'm happy to be a Hokie," said Thomas, a selection to the 2009 U.S. Army All-American Bowl game.
