TechSideline.com's fourth ranked prospect in the state of Virginia's 2009 recruiting class is off the board. Brookville High School (Lynchburg, VA) star Logan Thomas ended his recruitment today, verbally committing to Virginia Tech just hours before Tech's home contest against Maryland. The 6-6, 225-pound U.S. Army All-American Bowl selection chose the Hokies over four other finalists including Florida State, North Carolina, Virginia and Wake Forest.
"We're on the field and Logan has committed to Virginia Tech," Brookville head coach Jeff Woody said.
