Robinson, a traditional high school football power out of Fairfax, Virginia, boasts a top 2010 class recruit in 6-3 1/2, 200-pound Brian Laiti . Laiti, a middle linebacker, leads a young defense that includes only three seniors and two returning starters from last year's squad. He is coming off of a sophomore season performance that has earned him two official scholarship offers thus far with more likely to come in the near future.
"Brian has two written offers. They are Virginia Tech and West Virginia," Robinson head coach Mark Bendorf said. "Then he has a verbal from UVa, which he got in the spring. Boston College and Syracuse also came by in the spring and my impression is that they are going to recruit him. Most of the 1As that came in and looked at his film walked out saying he was a guy they would recruit."
