Coming off its Group AAA, Division 5 state championship title last season, Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) kicked off the 2008 season in fine fashion with a 42-28 win over West Springfield last week. Putting the clamps on West Springfield star quarterback Bryn Renner, a UNC commit, the Bulldogs held a 42-7 advantage at halftime.
Virginia Tech commitment David Wang certainly was pleased with his team's play and feels good about the season that lies ahead.
