Columbia (S.C.) star safety/linebacker Damario Jeffery has a solid three favorite schools right now, but he admits that there are other schools he is "kind of looking at" as well. Virginia Tech is not one of the top three schools, but the 6-4, 213-pound prospect will give the one-time favorite Hokies another look this week.
"I'm going to Blacksburg on Friday," said Jeffery, who visited Tech last summer as well. "I'm looking to get one-on-one time with the coaches. I want to get a good look at the depth chart. I might tour a couple of the facilities. Mainly, I want to find out more about the schemes."
