St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH) star defensive end Pat Muldoon concluded his string of spring and summer unofficial visits with a trip to the state of Virginia to see Virginia Tech and Virginia. It was the 6-4, 265-pound rising senior's first experience at either school, but he came away impressed by both programs.
"On Friday, I went to Virginia Tech," began Muldoon, who estimates that he has now seen 11 schools over the past year or so. "I met with the defensive line coach, Coach Wiles, and he showed me around campus and the facilities. I talked with some academic people. I met a decent amount of coaches. Then we sat down and had some food.
