Jack Britt (Fayetteville, N.C.) boasts two Division 1A recruits in the 2009 class, including top offensive tackle recruit Xavier Nixon and standout athlete Everett Proctor. Virginia Tech is one of 40 Division 1A programs that have offered Nixon, and the staff is showing some interest Proctor as well.
According to head coach Richard Bailey, the 6-6, 280-pound Nixon could be on the verge of narrowing down his impressive list of scholarship offers.
