6-2, 205-pound quarterback Clayton Moore had a terrific 2007 season, showing off ability as well as toughness in leading Louisville High School (MS) to a state championship crown. On the year, the talented junior signal caller totaled 3,890 yards of offense, including 3,046 yards passing and 844 yards rushing. He accounted for 40 touchdowns including 30 passing and 10 rushing.

"My junior season went as well as could be expected," Moore said. "We won the state, so there is not too much else you can do. We started off 0-2, which really was a reality check to start the year. After we lost the first two, we said let's get it together. We practiced hard, stuck together and never looked back."
