Varina (VA) defensive tackle recruit DeAntre Rhodes took a trip to Blacksburg within the past few weeks. While it certainly was not his first experience at Virginia Tech, the visit was important for the 6-2 1/2, 280-pound junior. Rhodes discussed his recent experience as well as his decision making process.
"I made an unofficial visit the Friday before last," Rhodes said. "It was me, my mom and my little brother. The main purpose of the visit was for my mom to see the campus. She liked it.
