Quintin Hunter 's first season as Orange Fighting Hornets starting quarterback has impressed some college coaches enough to recruit the athletic prospect to play quarterback. A second-team all-region selection as a signal caller, Hunter's outstanding junior year included a 514-yard performance (361 yards passing, 153 yards rushing) in a loss to Monticello.

"Stanford is recruiting me as a quarterback," said Hunter, who totaled over 3,000 yards of offense including 2,100 yards passing and 920 yards rushing. He totaled 30 touchdowns. "I know Maryland is, too. [Virginia] Tech is also. All three are recruiting me to play quarterback."
