Virginia Tech has spent the last two years attempting to revamp their
struggling offense through recruiting. They did a good job in 2007, signing
Tyrod Taylor, two tailbacks, and an excellent class of offensive linemen. They
followed that up with another strong showing in 2008.

The correct way to evaluate a recruiting class is to determine the positions
of need, how many players the coaching staff wanted to sign for each position,
how many they actually signed, and how highly rated those recruits were. Let's
take a look at the 2008 offensive recruiting class and determine what grade each
position should receive.
