6-6, 315-pound Maury (Norfolk, VA) star Vinston Painter , ranked number one on TechSideline.com's Preseason Top 30 list, has narrowed his list of schools to two. The senior OL/DL visited the two finalists each of the past two weekends and enjoyed both places, but one currently has the edge to ultimately gain his commitment.
Painter's two finalists are Miami and Virginia Tech. He made an official visit to Tech on the weekend of September 29th. On the weekend of November 10th, he headed to Miami for his official visit there.
