Butler (Matthews, N.C.) defensive back Eddie Whitley will announce his decision on Monday on ESPNU. The 6-1, 175-pound prospect is not sure of the time just yet, but he knows Monday will be the day. He will commit to either N.C. State or Virginia Tech.
"I am committing on ESPNU on Monday," Whitley said. "Right now, I don't know what time it will be. They are supposed to call me back today or tomorrow.
