Bobby Massie is one of the most physically impressive prospects in the state of Virginia's 2008 class, and Virginia Tech is in very serious contention to land him. The Hokies are in a recruiting battle with Clemson and Georgia, but helped themselves on Saturday with the 6-7, 330-pound OL/DL out of Liberty Christian Academy (Lynchburg, VA).

"It was my fourth time being up there," Massie said of his visit to Tech, which had offered prior to the camp. "I had seen the campus and everything there before. After the camp, I talked to Coach Stinespring, the offensive line coach, the defensive line coach, Cornell Brown, some of the players and the head coach. Coach Beamer talked about how great of an athlete I am. He said I'm the most athletic big man he has seen in 20 years. He was telling me how successful I could be at Virginia Tech."
