Cameron Demps ' first impression of Virginia Tech came during his spring break earlier this year, as he and his parents traveled to Blacksburg. The trip was fruitful, as the 5-10, 170-pound cornerback recruit returned home to Georgia with an official offer from the Hokies. He also enjoyed his visit and the experience ultimately led to his commitment yesterday.

"Coach Gray gave me a tour on spring break," Demps recalled. "He showed me around. He showed me to locker room, the athletic room...everything. The atmosphere was great. Then, I talked to Coach Beamer for about 45 minutes. That was great."
