6-3, 220-pound linebacker Shayne Hale , one of the top defensive recruits in the country, has received close to 40 Division 1A scholarship offers. All of those options are a lot to consider, but the Gateway (Monroeville, PA) junior is not focused too much on recruiting right now.
"I'm really trying to pay attention to school right now," said Hale, who racked up 105 tackles including 13 tackles for loss and five sacks last season as a junior. "I'm trying to finish out the year strong. I'll try to do a little bit with recruiting when I can."
