Head coach Scott Burton calls his 2008 class one of the "deepest" classes he has had at Highland Springs High School. Coach Burton boasts as many as five potential Division 1A prospects, including WR Harry Lee Daniel, DL Antoine Hopkins, QB Matthew Hurdle, WR/ATH Deon Miller and TE Rod Wheeler.
Who Burton believes may be his top prospect may come as a surprise. It is not lefty signal caller Matt Hurdle or former all-metro selection Hopkins. Instead, it's Deon Miller.
