Tomorrow, at 7:40 CST, Warren Central (Indianapolis, IN) will hold its signing day ceremony for its college-bound football players. One player of particular interest for Virginia Tech is 6-1, 212-pound running back Darren Evans , who will sign with the Hokies close to six months after making a verbal commitment to Coach Beamer and company.
"I think he's very excited," Warren Central head coach Steve Tutsie said of Evans. "Darren has thanked me a million times for introducing him to Virginia Tech. I think it's a perfect fit. I think a lot of schools missed the boat on him. He loves Coach Hite. It'll be a great fit for him. He's going to a place where they are going to run the football."
