Salem (Virginia Beach, VA) defensive lineman Chima Okoli will have a decision by Friday. The 6-5, 270-pound prospect is down to Penn State and Virginia Tech and is looking forward to choosing one of those programs in the coming days.
"It'll be by [Friday]," Okoli said of his decision. "I have one more meeting with my father and my coach. I'll get both sides."
