Last night, 6-3, 170-pound shooting guard Malcolm Delaney did what he has consistently done throughout the 2006/2007 season, and that is to help Towson Catholic (MD) to a victory. The Virginia Tech signee poured in 21 points in the 91-61 win over Calvert Hall, Towson Catholic's 20th win of the season.
"We're playing well as a team," said Delaney, who signed with the Hokies last November, of Towson's success this season. "We have a lot of athletic people and we like to get out and run. We work well together. We know how to work together. Pretty much all of us played for Team Melo [in AAU]. The seniors have played together since the 10th grade, which is when I transferred in."
