Barquell Rivers , a 6-0, 200-pound linebacker prospect out of Anson County High School (N.C.), is expected to make a verbal commitment this evening according to head coach Jody Grooms. Virginia Tech is among the finalists.

"He's going to make a decision this afternoon," Grooms said. "He's notifying the schools in the evening. He's not going to have a press conference or anything. He says that, if anything, he'll just announce to his team before practice and be done with it."
