Virginia Tech is on a roll in terms of verbal commitments. Today, they picked up a key in-state recruit when Daryl Robertson, a 6-3, 285-pound defensive tackle/offensive lineman out of Liberty (Bedford) committed to coach Beamer.
"He just called to tell me about it," Daryl's mother, Lyvern Robertson, said. "We had spoken last night and I knew he was going to do it this morning."
