Dorian Porch is indeed a very talented football player, but he also excels in baseball - which may cost Virginia Tech one of its 2005 recruits. Porch, a 5-11, 180 pound DB/WR recruit out of Gordon Central High School in Calhoun, Georgia, may opt to play Major League Baseball if he’s selected high enough in the June 7th MLB Draft.
“Well, it’s either Virginia Tech or baseball,” Porch said. “Right now, the draft is June 7th so I’m not real sure of what’s going to happen.”
