Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA) star Lewis Witcher claims two offers from ACC programs, with one potentially on the way.

“I have offers from [Virginia] Tech, Maryland, Richmond and I think Wake is going to offer me, too,” Witcher said. According to Franklin County head coach Doug Conklin, Georgia Tech and N.C. State are also involved.
