One of Tech’s top out-of-state targets made his decision today, and it no doubt made the Virginia Tech coaches very happy. Conway (SC) defensive lineman Hivera Green has verbally committed to the Hokies over Clemson and South Carolina.
"It's official," Conway head coach Chuck Jordan said this afternoon. "He's going to Virginia Tech. The reason he waited was because he and his mother wanted to call Coach Beamer and tell him this afternoon. They did that and that's where he's going."
