One of the top prospects in the state of Virginia has finally made his decision. Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA) star Greg Boone has chosen Virginia Tech over Maryland, North Carolina and West Virginia, among others. His final decision came down to Maryland and Virginia Tech before he selected the Hokies.
"Greg's going to Tech," Oscar Smith head coach Richard Morgan said this morning.
