Northwest (Germantown, MD) quarterback Ike Whitaker had visited Virginia Tech twice last season to see games, so he knew what to expect going into this past weekend’s trip to Blacksburg. Though he had experienced everything before, he still enjoyed his experience.
"It was good," Whitaker said. He made the visit with much of his family. "It was real good. I love the crowd. My family had a great time."
