UVa received a commitment from 2-guard Mamadi Diane following his official visit last weekend. Tilton (NH) star PF/C Alfred Aboya was in Charlottesville for an official visit last weekend as well, but, despite a good visit, the 6-9, 240-pound prospect is not ready to make a decision.
“He said it went real well,” Tilton Head Coach Scott Willard said. “He enjoyed meeting the team and he especially enjoyed attending all of the classes - he said that was the highlight of the visit. It was like a family. He said everyone was very kind. Everyone he met knew his name and was nice. He was very impressed.”
