At a time when many high school prospects are sifting through the legitimate contenders from the pretenders, and narrowing down their scope while scheduling official visits for the fall, Keaton Grant is really no different from anyone else. He has a top three list of schools with one distinct difference. Grant is allowing for the late emergence of other schools, while not entirely closing the door on those schools outside his top three.
For Texas A&M, Missouri and St. John’s, who currently comprise Grant’s leading trio of schools, that is good news. For those other schools still sniffing around, well Grant will keep an open mind to any of the respective pitches that might be forthcoming.
