Following an off-season that seems to have been very successful, Maurice Covington is more confident than ever at the start of his final high school season. Covington, who is now 6-4 ½, 210-pounds, combines great size with improved speed.
“I’ve improved my speed, I’ve gained weight and I’m stronger and quicker,” Covington said. “My most recent time in the 40 was in the 4.4s.”
