Hermitage High School defensive end Jeffrey Fitzgerald stated last week that he had trimmed his list to Virginia, Virginia Tech and Maryland. Yesterday, he made his decision and committed to the University of Virginia.

"Jeffrey has committed to UVA," Hermitage Head Coach Patrick Kane said, via e-mail this morning.
